Carta Healthcare is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Data Abstractor for a 100% remote, hourly position. You will abstract and code patient information from medical records to support multiple registries, while maintaining a high IRR score and ensuring timely data entry.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience, proficiency with EMR systems, and a preference for candidates with remote work experience. 40 hours weekly, OT possible, benefits available as a W2 employee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet target registries.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
• Support remote full-time, hourly, non-exempt engagement.
