Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Catastrophe (CAT) Claims Manager to lead a team of claims professionals and ensure timely catastrophe claim handling nationwide.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of claims experience, and active adjuster licenses in all states Frontline does business within 90 days. This is a remote, full-time position with strong benefits. You may travel to CAT sites as needed and collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of claims experience.
• Adjuster’s Licenses in all states Frontline does business within 90 days of employment.
• Willingness to travel to CAT sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims adjusters to ensure catastrophe claims are handled in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with coverage and applicable procedures, laws and regulations.
• Oversee a team of claim handlers and provide feedback on goals and performance.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of Frontline’s catastrophe claim operations.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments including Underwriting, Sales and Information Technology.
