Job summary

Warner Pacific is seeking a Case Installation Specialist to work remotely from Westlake Village, CA, supporting underwriters, brokers, and carriers. The role involves entering new group data, processing approvals, and maintaining carrier guidelines while ensuring timely, accurate submissions and data entry across multiple enrollment platforms.

Candidate will transfer enrollment data, run rates, and assemble files for finance approval, with strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with others.
• Prior clerical experience, or any combination of education and/or experience, that would provide an equivalent background.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate the use of computer systems, computer programs and office equipment as necessary, including ability to type a minimum of 30-35 wpm and proficiency in the use of a 10 key.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management.
• General planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Enter new business submissions in a timely manner per deadlines.
• Enter benefit modifications within SLA for the department.
• Enter data from email/mail/online systems into enrollment systems.
• Enter check entries and send live checks to the carrier upon request.
• Respond to emails and phone messages within SLA.
• Support the underwriter from submission to end of the process.
• Transfer enrollment data from paper applications to carrier census enrollments.
• Data entry of group and applicant information into Warner Pacific system.
• Run rates in Warner Pacific and carrier systems; match rates.
• Assemble and close out files for finance approval.
