Warner Pacific seeks an Associate Multi-Market Analyst to support Small and Large Group health proposals. You will analyze RFPs, prepare carrier requests, and manage high volumes of quotes while maintaining accuracy. The role requires Excel proficiency, CRM experience, and strong communication with brokers and carriers.

The position is remote, with MT hours (8am–5pm). A collaborative team environment and deadlines-driven work pace are expected, along with ongoing market and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP documents from Brokers/Sales Consultants and prepare carrier requests with accuracy.
• Manage high volume of quote requests while maintaining productivity.
• Enter quoting activity in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) in real time.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and information per workflow.
• Coordinate with Sales to communicate quoting strategy to carriers.
• Assist in spreadsheet comparisons with Multi-Market Administrators and Sales Team.
