Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services is seeking a Case Installation Specialist I to handle data entry for new groups, run rates on the internal rating system and carrier systems, and manage the intake and processing of submissions through to approval. You will coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and carriers to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with others.
• Prior clerical experience, or any combination of education and/or experience, that would provide an equivalent background.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate the use of computer systems, computer programs and office equipment, including typing 30–35 wpm and 10-key proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management.
• General planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Enter new business submissions in a timely manner, considering deadlines.
• Enter benefit modifications into Warner Pacific System within SLA.
• Demonstrate knowledge to enter groups received via multiple channels into enrollment systems.
• Enter check entries and send live checks to the carrier on request.
• Respond to emails and phone messages within SLA.
• Support underwriter from submission to end, including data transfer and system entry.
• Assemble/close files for finance approval and maintain carrier guidelines knowledge.
• Coordinate with Sales, Brokers and carriers to obtain necessary information.
