Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
2+ years experience in supervisory or leadership role.
Experience with partnership management and lean/Kaizen methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and oversee pharmacy programs and workflows.
Lead daily execution of pharmacy programs, staffing, and defect tracking.
Provide escalation support and resolve program-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet program objectives.
Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
