Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree Science in Nursing or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses resources to develop collaborative workflows, policies, and guidelines for safe, high-quality care.
• Assigns activities related to patient care while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborates with bedside staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and support clinical decision making.
• Facilitates admission and discharge processes, including patient intake, care coordination, and patient education.
• Provides patient and family education to support understanding of care plans, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
