Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license or valid state license acceptable by nursing board.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• Minimum of three years' experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients via virtual platforms.
• Perform patient assessments, care coordination, education, documentation, and remote monitoring.
• Establish collaborative relationships to promote quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Adhere to policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy guidelines in a virtual environment.
