Qualifications

• BSN required and must be completed.
• 3–5 years of clinical acute care RN experience.
• Active RN license in appropriate state with no disciplinary action.
• Must live in OH, KY, FL, AZ, or TX.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Managed care experience.
• Strong schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic, patient-centered care in a structured call-center environment.
• Provide medication education, including administration techniques and adherence support.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each member's clinical needs.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and follow-up interactions.
• Collaborate within established protocols and utilize advanced telecommunication systems.
