Job summary

Centene Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a Care Management Support specialist to perform outreach, answer calls, and schedule services for Medicaid LTSS members 21+. You’ll be the primary contact for members, providers, and staff, documenting records according to state guidelines.

Requires 1–2 years of related experience and outbound call experience in a remote setting; familiarity with CMS platforms and web-based systems is preferred. Pay range is $17.84-$28.02 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Experience with outreach to members/providers in a remote/outbound environment preferred.
• Experience processing healthcare/insurance authorizations and coordinating services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to members by phone to support care plan steps and education.
• Assist members in connecting to health plan and community resources for quality care.
• Act as frontline support for member/provider inquiries and explain care plan procedures.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day admin tasks, including sending welcome letters and program materials.
• Document and maintain non-clinical member records per state requirements.
