Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in utilization management or healthcare operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with utilization management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Utilization Management team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline UM workflows and reduce admin burden.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
• Navigate multiple electronic platforms efficiently.

• Perform other duties as required.
