Job summary

DrKumo Inc is seeking a dedicated professional to provide RPM and CCM services remotely, coaching patients and helping them navigate the healthcare system. You will enroll patients, manage device logistics, and schedule initial calls while offering strong technical support for medical peripherals.

Ideal candidates have a medical assistant background (or LVN/LPN), solid communication skills, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Medical Assistant, LVN/LPN or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health records) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Bilingual: English and Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, French or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services.
• Support patients via health and lifestyle coaching and navigating the healthcare system.
• Assist with patient enrollment, device logistics, and scheduling initial setup calls.
• Provide technical support for medical peripherals and troubleshoot functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per defined protocols.
• Participate in projects to support company goals, such as quality assurance and product feedback.
• Perform other tasks contributing to team success and company growth.
