Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Cardiology Implementation Consultant (Non-Invasive) to lead clinical implementation activities for Echo and/or Vascular solutions. The role involves workflow analysis, optimization, training strategy, customer readiness, and go-live support, with travel across North America as needed.

Remote work is allowed, with on-site requirements in certain markets. The candidate will partner with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure adoption of applications

Qualifications

• Must provide a credential as a Sonographer (Echo and/or Vascular) or ARRT/NMT or Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in one or more of the listed disciplines.
• Experience presenting to leaders and executives and communicating clinical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of clinical environments, workflows, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical implementation activities for Echo and/or Vascular solutions.
• Analyze current workflows and design future-state processes.
• Identify optimization opportunities and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Coordinate and deliver Super User training and end-user enablement.
• Travel as required across North America to support go-lives and customer success.
• Document issues, gaps, and enhancement opportunities during rollout.
