Job summary

Optum Insight is seeking an Implementation Consultant to analyze current workflow, design future state processes, and deliver comprehensive customer training. You will train Super Users and End Users, tailoring sessions to diverse audiences while ensuring alignment with clinical operations and health-care workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders across North America. You will travel approximately 75% to customer sites across North America for implementations and trainings,

Qualifications

• Must have clinical qualification in one of four disciplines listed (Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Radiologic Tech, or Vascular Sonography).
• 4+ years of recent experience in one or more disciplines.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for large-audience training.

Responsibilities

• Perform current state workflow analysis and design future state workflows and training plans.
• Provide superuser training and enable End Users to operate systems effectively.
• Coordinate and deliver application training and support across groups during implementation.
• Identify and track product feature requests and issues during rollout.
