Job summary

US Health Partners (USHP) is seeking a physician recruiter specializing in cardiology to build a network of top cardiologists for our national outpatient platform. This remote role strongly prefers candidates located in or near Stuart/Jupiter, FL, with travel up to 20% as needed.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with clinical leadership, and leverage your network to attract passive candidates while monitoring market trends and compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a talent recruiter in healthcare or cardiovascular care.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for physicians.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or healthcare management; recruiting certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract cardiology talent.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to define needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Maintain relationships with top cardiologists and passive candidates.
• Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Represent USHP at industry events to promote brand.
