OhioHealth is seeking a Teletriage RN for the Heart & Vascular Referral Center. You will conduct clinical triage of ambulatory cardiology referrals, review charts, determine care path, and coordinate with scheduling teams to expedite urgent requests in a remote, non-bedside setting.

The role emphasizes cardiovascular expertise, independent clinical decision-making, strong communication with cardiology practices, and a collaborative, learning-focused environment within a stable, remote work model.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree: Nursing (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Responsabilités

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: Performs initial, ongoing health status assessment as applicable.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: Documents planned nursing interventions to meet outcomes.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes.
• 10% Leadership: Participates in process improvement for clinical quality.
• 10% Operations: Focus on safety, quality and efficiency as an HRO.
