Job summary

EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to provide comprehensive clinical, technical, and educational support for leadless LV CRT devices. You will train clinicians, guide procedural workflows, and maintain site relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role is remote/field-based with up to 80% travel within the assigned territory, ideally near Chicago. Candidates should reside near a major airport and have strong clinical communication skills in interventional

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical support experience in field clinical support, clinical engineering, or similar clinical roles within the medical device industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite/applications, virtual meeting tools, and project management tools.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or advanced cardiac therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical assistance and technical expertise during LV leadless therapy procedures.
• Identify suitable patients and troubleshoot devices.
• Deliver training sessions and educate healthcare professionals on device usage and workflows.
• Build relationships with physicians and site teams, and coordinate device utilization and planning.
• Collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvements.
