Job summary

Registry Partners is seeking an STS Adult Cardiac Abstractor for a part-time remote role in the United States. The position requires familiarity with STS abstraction guidelines and the ability to document complex data accurately.

You will work with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality data abstraction across multiple registry projects. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in data abstraction, solid documentation skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and data abstraction tools.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of current abstraction experience in the STS Adult Cardiac Surgery Database Registry, required.
• Proficient in data abstraction specifications manuals and EMR applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow project parameters and abstraction rules per project assignment.
• Stay current on abstraction requirements and specifications.
• Consult with Registry Partners teams for questions/clarifications.
• Participate in other registry operations tasks as assigned.
• Meet defined quality and productivity standards for each project.
