Job summary

Lemonade is seeking an Associate Insurance Product Manager to grow Lemonade Car into the most loved car insurer. You will work with Actuarial and Underwriting to shape coverage, pricing, and the product roadmap, driving profitable growth in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.

You will own regulatory lifecycles, monitor performance, analyze trends, and collaborate with Insurance Operations, Engineering, and Data to bring product changes to market quickly and with quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of P&C insurance experience, with 2+ years in personal lines product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related analytical field.
• Proven success managing products in analytical, regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Data-informed decision making with clear communication.
• Deep car insurance experience is a plus.
• SQL skills and reporting/dashboarding are a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and growing with these tools.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new car product features for emerging customer segments and channels.
• Partner with Actuarial and Underwriting to define coverage, pricing, and eligibility for Lemonade Car.
• Own the regulatory lifecycle for key product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and suggest data-driven actions to grow profitability.
• Research the competitive landscape and market trends to keep Lemonade Car best-in-class.
• Collaborate with Insurance Operations, Engineering, and Data to bring product changes to market with speed and quality.
