Lemonade is seeking an Insurance Product Manager to shape car insurance products, pricing, and the product roadmap. You will collaborate with actuarial, operations, and underwriting to drive profitable growth and ensure a modern, AI-driven product strategy.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in P&C, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with SQL/Python/Looker. This remote role welcomes talent from across the United States under Lemonade’s flexible compensation framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of P&C experience in personal lines product development or state management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strategic, ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Python, Looker, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new car products including connected and autonomous cars.
• Advance the countrywide Car strategy through forms, coverages, policy language, and rating plan improvements.
• Partner with Actuarial and Underwriting to develop coverage, pricing, and eligibility.
• Build product specifications and prioritize/shipping features.
• Collaborate with Insurance Operations to move changes through regulatory approval.
• Research distribution channels, market trends, and competitor moves.
• Measure impact of product changes to guide decisions.
