Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for capital projects at Parkersburg, WV, including sourcing, bidding, and contracts. You will collaborate with project teams, engineering, finance, and EPC/EPCM partners to ensure compliant, cost-effective execution.

Required are a bachelor’s in a related field and 8+ years in procurement, with 5+ years in capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial contracting experience.
• 5+ years supporting capital projects in chemical, petrochemical, refining, energy, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
• Experience supporting capital projects exceeding $5M.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex supplier negotiations and manage commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for capital projects from FEL-1 through closeout.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for capital projects and plant expansions.
• Partner with PM, Engineering, Construction, and EPC/EPCM teams on strategy and risk.
• Manage bidding, negotiations, and contract awards for equipment, services, and EPC contracts.
• Oversee requisition-to-purchase processes, forecasting, and governance compliance.
