• Ideal candidate comes from pre-construction, construction management, owner's representation, project management, development or construction consulting.
• Has a strong network of owners, developers, contractors, architects or institutional clients.
• Not a traditional sales role; focuses on industry credibility and client development.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships across defined national territories outside of Texas.
• Convert advisory work into larger capital project opportunities.
• Engage senior clients and build a substantial pipeline within an established national platform.
