Qualifications

• Must be a member of The Florida Bar and meet Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.112(k).
• Experience in postconviction litigation or related appellate work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent indigent Florida death row inmates in postconviction proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Investigate, file, litigate state postconviction motions, appeals, and petitions for writs of certiorari.
• Work with forensic experts and a team to challenge convictions and sentences.
