Job summary
Alignment Health in the United States is seeking a Capital Planning & Investment Analyst (Remote) to partner with executive leadership on data-driven business cases, financial models, and investment evaluations across the Medicare Advantage organization.
You will collaborate across Operations, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Growth teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable proposals, forecast benefits, and monitor outcomes through dashboards and KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, healthcare finance, or related analytical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with experience in data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Lead business case development for strategic initiatives and capital requests.
- Support annual and multi-year capital planning and prioritization.
- Conduct market, regulatory, and industry trend analysis.
- Build forecasting models and performance dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable investments.
