Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision Surgical is seeking a Capital Equipment Specialist to support clients in Seattle, WA. The role emphasizes increasing adoption of Phaco, LCS, Femto, Excimer and Aberrometer technologies, with hands-on support.

The specialist will work closely with JJVS teams, performing in-the-OR demonstrations, delivering training, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years medical device sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years Capital equipment sales experience.
• Ophthalmic surgery selling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent JJ Vision Surgical Capital Products to customers in Seattle area.
• Increase adoption of Phaco, LCS, Femto, Excimer and Aberrometer systems.
• Provide product knowledge and in-service support to customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and PPS team to generate leads.
• Maintain CRM records and manage service agreements.
