Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision Surgical (JJVS) Capital is seeking a Capital Equipment Specialist to support customers in Seattle, WA. You will promote Phaco, LCS, Femto, and refractive equipment and work closely with local sales teams.

You will provide technical product knowledge, conduct in-service training, and in OR work about 75% of the time with ophthalmologists to improve outcomes, while meeting sales targets and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years medical device sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years capital equipment sales experience.
• Ophthalmic surgery selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent JJ Vision Capital products to customers in the assigned geography.
• Increase adoption of Phaco, LCS, Femto, and Refractive Suites.
• Provide expert product knowledge and perform in-service training for customers.
• Collaborate with DBM, AE, KAE and PPS to drive leads and close business.
• Work in the OR roughly 75% of the time with ophthalmologists to enhance outcomes.
