Job summary

Trinity Consulting seeks a senior Camunda-enabled backend engineer to design and maintain enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot services. You will implement Camunda workflows, APIs, and MS SQL Server schemas in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in backend development, strong REST/microservices experience, and excellent English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering, backend development, and enterprise integration.
• Strong hands‑on Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems proficiency.
• Deep experience with MS SQL Server and query optimization.
• Camunda workflow automation and orchestration implementation experience.
• Excellent English communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness for fully remote work and valid work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build, secure, and integrate robust RESTful APIs for distributed microservices.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and DB schemas in MS SQL Server.
• Implement, configure, and manage Camunda for enterprise workflow automation.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code quality improvements, and performance profiling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and QA in Agile sprints.
• Provide RCA and expert troubleshooting for backend and process engine issues.
• Maintain technical documentation of BPMN models, API specs, and runbooks.
