Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduates in the United States who are intelligent, energetic, and responsible.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in free speech activism and civil liberties on campus.

Responsibilities

• Create, draft, and complete a personal project congruent with FIRE’s mission in one semester.
• Attend the FIRE Student Development Summit in early 2027; travel funded by FIRE.
• Assist with various research, development, and outreach tasks during the semester.
• Recommend peers to FIRE events and programs.
• Submit a final report detailing outcomes and impact of the project.
