Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead ministry on college campuses. You will work remotely in the USA, pursuing spiritual growth and discipling students and faculty across diverse communities.

You will develop ministry plans, build leadership teams, and collaborate with national leaders to launch new witnessing communities while meeting annual growth goals.

Qualifications

• Affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement (Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement).
• Abide by InterVarsity’s Code of Conduct.
• Familiarity with InterVarsity’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth through Scripture, prayer, and worship in community.
• Increase campus witnessing communities and influence through leadership and strategy.
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders to coordinate ministry efforts.
