Job summary

Opendorse is seeking a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to support our Commercial Services team in running branded athlete endorsement campaigns through January 2027. This role is remote and not expected to convert to full-time.

Responsibilities include assisting live campaigns, scripting, content review, and ensuring compliance with NIL, brand, and FTC disclosures, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns with athletes, scripting and content review; ensure posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.
• Keep deliverables on schedule and pull performance data for recaps.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, product and operations from kickoff to wrap.
