Job summary

Opendorse is seeking a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to support our Commercial Services team in running branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027. This fixed-term project role will not convert to full-time.

You will work remotely ~15–25 hours per week, at $25–$35 per hour depending on experience. You will coordinate with athletes, help script and review content, verify NIL/brand/FTC disclosures, maintain schedules, and pull recap data.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns from kickoff to wrap.
• Script and review content, ensuring NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.
• Pull performance data for recaps.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, product, and operations teams to keep campaigns aligned.
