Job summary

Opendorse is seeking a part-time, temporary campaign coordinator to join our Commercial Services team. You will help run branded athlete endorsement campaigns through the end of January 2027, assisting with scripting, content review, and ensuring compliance with NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards.

You'll coordinate with sales, creative, product, and operations to keep campaigns on track from kickoff to wrap, analyzing performance data for recaps and contributing to a smooth, on-time

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or agency work, ideally with influencer campaigns.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and social platforms.
• Sports industry experience (a plus).
• Campaign instincts; we will train on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Support live campaigns by working with athletes, helping with scripting and content review, ensuring posts meet NIL, brand, and FTC disclosure standards, keeping deliverables on schedule, and pulling performance data for recaps.
• Work closely with our sales, creative, product, and operations teams to keep every campaign aligned from kickoff to wrap.
