Job summary

Mineral Ridge Gold, LLC is seeking an Assay Lab Technician to support Mine and Mill operations in a remote camp setting. You will prepare and analyze mineral samples, follow QA/QC standards, and report results to production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with computers and software operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication for reporting and coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote camp setting.
• Ability to manage time and ensure accuracy under production targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mine, mill, and metallurgical samples for analysis.
• Conduct routine laboratory analyses per established methods and QA/QC protocols.
• Accurately record, verify, and report analytical data within required turnaround times.
• Collaborate effectively with Mine, Mill, Metallurgy, and other teams to support production requirements.
• Maintain laboratory and sample preparation equipment through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory methods, procedures, and efficiency.
