Farmer Mac is seeking a hands-on Calypso Systems Analyst to support configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of the Calypso platform. You will partner with the Calypso Platform Manager and IT teams to ensure accurate business rules, data integrity, and compliant control environments.

You will lead testing, automate regression where possible, and assist with upgrades and production support. A strong background in Calypso, SQL, and change management is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, ideally in IS, CS, Finance, or related field.
• At least five years as a systems analyst in capital markets or financial services; Calypso experience.
• Experience with Calypso, IT controls, and change management.
• Strong SQL abilities; debugging and data reconciliation skills.

• Maintain Calypso configurations, data, workflows, and security roles.
• Coordinate with Calypso support to triage issues and validate fixes.
• Plan, execute, and document testing including UAT and regression.
• Assist with upgrades, releases, and post‑release hypercare.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge sharing materials.
