Job summary

System One is seeking a Calypso Business Systems Analyst to support the Calypso platform across multiple U.S. sites, onsite in Birmingham AL, Columbia SC, Knoxville TN or Lafayette LA. The role focuses on issue investigation, production configuration, and incident coordination.

We expect at least five years of hands-on Calypso experience, strong SQL and data reconciliation skills, and the ability to work with business, technology and vendor teams. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands on Calypso experience, including production configuration.
• Calypso configuration covering static data, contracts, processing rules, and messages.
• Calypso collateral or margin management and related business rules.
• End to end troubleshooting across applications and integration.
• Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Financial or transaction reconciliation, data validation, and working knowledge of SQL.
• Application change and release support, including post release validation.
• Clear communication and collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• You’ll investigate issues across Calypso and connected systems, validate transactions and reconciliations, and coordinate incident resolution with business, technology, support, and vendor teams.
• You’ll also support application releases and maintain configuration procedures and troubleshooting documentation.
