Job summary

iPivot in Minnesota seeks a seasoned financial services professional to lead Calypso configurations and back-office integrations. The role requires deep instrument knowledge, strong SQL basics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into workable workflows.

You will collaborate with traders, IT, and operations to optimize trade lifecycle processes, ensure accurate messaging (SWIFT), and support Agile project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, CS, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Calypso platform experience (configuration and back-office).
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, asset classes (FX, MM, FI, derivatives), and trade lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Calypso data model, workflows, messaging (SWIFT), and integrations.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in requirements translation, SQL basics, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
