Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Calypso Support Analyst to provide daily production support for the Calypso platform across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting modules.

The role involves troubleshooting incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and coordinating with front office, middle office, back office, and technology teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on Calypso knowledge, 3+ years in a similar role, strong SQL skills (Oracle/Sybase), and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Calypso Support Analyst.
• Hands-on Calypso application knowledge.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Open to relocation or business travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Calypso across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting modules.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs; perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist with end-of-day/start-of-day processes including P&L and risk reconciliation.
• Write and review SQL queries to investigate data issues; review logs and traces.
• Support interfaces with upstream/downstream systems and deployments.
