Nevada Health Centers is seeking a Remote Call Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the contact center. The role leads staffing, training, and quality assurance to ensure outstanding patient experiences.

Your duties include coaching staff, auditing calls, and collaborating with CMOs and leaders to optimize processes and service delivery. Remote work is available; English/Spanish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a contact center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction execution.
• Creates a positive work environment and handles grievances as necessary.
• Supports clinic and call center team members to provide excellent service.
• Interviews and hires ‘A’ talent employees in accordance with organizational procedures
• Monitors daily call queues and assures appropriate staffing levels to call volume at all times.
• Collaborates with CMOs, clinical leaders and operational leaders to develop and maintain an escalation process for callers in need of more urgent support.
• Assists manager in meeting contact center financial objectives by estimating requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment; developing preventive maintenance programs.
• Represents NVHC to articulate mission and services provided.
