Remote Call Center Representative

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing incoming calls regarding Benefits, Enrollment, Eligibility, Invoicing, Claims, and related topics.
2. Explaining Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs.
3. Active listening to understand customer needs and providing thorough solutions.
4. Navigating members' plan benefits and using client systems to ensure accuracy.
5. Multi-tasking and demonstrating problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
• Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test.
• Complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance.
• Background check clearance.
• Home internet with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, wired connection preferred.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Additional Details:

• Pay rate: $16.00/hour.
• Training: 9:00am – 5:30pm EST for 7 weeks classroom plus 2 weeks nesting.
• Paid time off accrues after 180 days.
• Benefits available from day one.
• Work hours: between 8:00am-11:00pm EST, Monday to Saturday.
