A leading company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative based in New York. Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position. Must reside in New York state.
Compensation: $16.50/hour
Paid Training Start Date: Monday, June 9, 2025
Training Hours: Monday through Friday: 8am - 5pm EST
Hours of Operation: Following training, Monday through Friday: 10am - 8pm EST; Saturday: 9am - 5pm EST
Please note: During training, you will be assigned a set work schedule within these hours.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize, and communicates effectively. Must have high professionalism, excellent call handling skills, and reliable attendance. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software are required. A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Camera use is required during training shifts.
