Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales/store management or customer service supervisory roles.
• Must have call center management experience.
• Strong leadership and sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to drive a team to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet company standards and achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of reservation specialists.
• Analyze call center metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Provide high-level customer service and close sales effectively.
• Apply set objectives and expectations to daily operations.
