Conduent is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative for Medicaid Member Support in Iowa. This full-time role involves assisting clients with inquiries, documenting requests, and providing accurate information based on program requirements. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Eligibility: Reside within an hour of Des Moines, Iowa.
Compensation: $18.00/hour, paid training, full-time with benefits.
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 5-6 weeks.
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Equipment: Provided from the Des Moines, IA office; pick-up required.
