Online River, LLC is seeking a Call Center Communication Specialist to join our Technical department on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and helpful communication while documenting interactions in the CRM system.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or better preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries.
• Identify and resolve issues through active listening and questioning.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to provide accurate guidance.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls while meeting quality standards.
• Gather feedback to support service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication techniques.
• Follow company policies regarding customer interactions and data security.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call resolution and response times.
