Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive California market-development strategy identifying priority geographies, dealers, showroom opportunities, and trade-influencer segments.
• Lead business development with priority dealers, store/showroom operators, residential designers, remodelers, and design/build firms coordinating with field sales, distributors, and marketing.
• Translate strategy into an annual operating plan with defined revenue, showroom expansion, account acquisition, and customer engagement goals.
