Kohler Co. is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager for the California market to drive direct growth across California, expand Kohler Stores, grow dealers, and engage residential designers and remodelers through a unified market plan.

The role collaborates with Field Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and internal teams to optimize revenue, margin, and showroom presence. The candidate will own the profitable growth plan, manage an opportunity pipeline, and lead market activation

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a California market-development strategy with priority geographies, dealers, showrooms, and trade-in-influencer segments.
• Lead business development with priority dealers, store/showroom operators, designers, remodelers, and design/build firms.
• Translate strategy into annual plans with revenue, performance, acquisition, and showroom-expansion goals.
