Exacta Land Surveyors LLC is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to prepare and review calculations and staking drawings for residential construction projects, including houses, additions, and subdivisions. Qualifications

Detail-oriented CAD drafting and surveying calculations experience.
Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction plans and recorded plats.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to balance workload and meet deadlines.
Experience in Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review calculations for residential construction staking.
Create and review CAD drawings for P&D staking.
Prepare calculations for additions and foundation work.
Review master staking drawings for subdivisions.
Upload finished files into STARS.
Assist with as-built surveys preparation.
