Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Engineering Design Systems Manager/Admin for a 100% remote role, focusing on Autodesk environments, CAD standards, and PLM integrations. You will own and improve the design tech stack, supporting AutoCAD, Inventor, Bluebeam, and related workflows across a renewables-focused team.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in CAD admin, strong Autodesk expertise, and a track record of process improvements. The role offers full remote work with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CAD administration or design tech roles.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency and Autodesk environment admin.
• Experience supporting users and managing standards/templates/libs.
• Knowledge of engineering document control, revisions, and BOMs.
• Experience with CAD/PDM integration into PLM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support AutoCAD, Inventor, Bluebeam and related apps.
• Establish CAD standards, libraries, templates, and naming practices.
• Coordinate software deployments, licenses, upgrades with IT/Procurement.
• Develop automation to reduce repetitive design work and errors.
• Support CAD integration with PLM/PDM, NetSuite, and docs workflows.
• Improve drawing quality via standards checks and reviews.
• Train users and document best practices; assist production drafting.
