Job summary

Jobot is seeking a CAD Systems Design Manager/Admin for fully remote work. Lead administration of AutoCAD, Inventor, and Bluebeam, establish CAD standards, and partner with IT on deployments and licenses. Drive automation and PLM/ERP integration while ensuring high-quality engineering documentation.

The role requires 7+ years in CAD administration and strong Autodesk experience, with a degree in a related field. Excellent benefits and full remote flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CAD administration, design technology, or related roles.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency; hands-on Autodesk environment administration including Inventor.
• Experience managing standards, templates, libraries, software configurations, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support AutoCAD, Inventor, Bluebeam, and related applications; troubleshoot issues.
• Establish and maintain CAD standards, templates, libraries, and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with IT on deployment, upgrades, licensing, and system reliability.
• Develop automation to reduce repetitive design work and speed up turnaround.
• Support CAD integration with PLM/PDM, NetSuite, and documentation workflows.
• Improve drawing quality through standards checks and review processes.
• Train users and document best practices for adoption of new tools.
• Provide advanced modeling support as needed and production drafting as a secondary duty.
