Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional CAD design.
• Experience leading design decisions on complex assemblies.

• Ability to mentor and teach CAD concepts remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret product requirements to design robust multi-part assemblies using advanced parametric CAD tools.
• Demonstrate design intent and assembly reasoning, guiding architecture and tolerance decisions.
• Document design rationales, best practices, and DFM considerations for AI learning workflows.
• Create, annotate, and optimize 3D models and assemblies to exemplify expert CAD methodologies.
• Review and critique sample designs, providing detailed feedback on modeling strategies.
