Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior Technical Content Engineer to become the technical voice for Onshape, the cloud-native CAD and PDM platform. Remote in the US or hybrid from Boston, you will showcase new features through compelling demos and videos, engaging engineers, IT teams, and executives to drive business value.

You’ll design models and stories, deliver stage demos, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Strong CAD experience and superb communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years using professional CAD software (Onshape and/or SolidWorks)
• Experience with PDM/PLM tools such as SolidWorks PDM, Teamcenter, Windchill
• Proven presenting and live software demo skills for technical and executive audiences
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and live demos at trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer sites
• Create demo models, scenarios, and stories; produce demos, scripts, tutorials, and videos
• Write blog posts, feature pages, and comparisons; publish on Onshape channels
• Translate features into business value and connect Onshape with Arena PLM/Windchill
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales,Technical Services and Product Development on launches and campaigns
